Refund & Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the new pair of eyeglasses that you’ve just purchased or received, don’t hesitate to get back to us to discuss what can be done to fix the problem.

If an item has a manufacturer’s defect, such as a frame that breaks due to a weak solder joint or breaks during transit.

As a reputable store, we will have no problem offering you a replacement, as we stand behind our products and will replace your eyeglasses.

The prescription is incorrect due to:

a. A mistake in how your eyes were measured and the prescription entered.
In this case, Vinshenzo will not be held responsible. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue. You can contact us to avail of an extra discount on further orders to minimize losses.

b. The lenses were fabricated incorrectly.
We take full responsibility for any pair that is not delivered as per the order. We will replace your glasses immediately once the verification process is completed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What if you just don’t like your new glasses?

If the prescription is satisfactory, but you are unhappy with the glasses, possible reasons could include:

The eyewear is too heavy, causing your glasses to slip down your nose.

The frames and lenses are unflattering.

You simply made a poor choice in style.

Within a specified time frame (typically 7 to 10 days from the date of receipt), you may receive a partial refund or store credit to find something more to your liking.

The received merchandise got damaged within a few days.

Within 7 to 10 days of receipt, you can always get back to us, and we will resolve your issue in the best possible manner.

Are these policies applicable to designer eyewear?

No. For returned designer frames, a restocking fee of PAK Rs. 300.00 per frame will be charged in addition to a partial or full refund.

My designer or re-lensing pair has prescription or quality issues.

We are ready to re-do your pair accordingly once the verification process is completed.

When am I eligible for a full refund?

You can request a full refund in cases of prescription issues, a damaged pair received, lost in transit, or if the ordered goods do not match your order. For a refund, you need to send us the received pair at your own cost and confirm the carrier and tracking number.

How can I get a partial refund?

A partial refund consists of half the price of the lenses plus the full frame price, excluding any discounts availed and the shipping fee. The pair should be returned to be eligible for a partial refund.

What precautions should I take when sending my pair for re-lensing?

In rare cases, frames received for re-lensing may get damaged during production or lost. In such cases, Vinshenzo will compensate the customer with PAK Rs. 500.00, and no further claims will be entertained.
